Content Settings
Configure how your AI-generated content should look, feel, and sound.
The Content Settings tab allows you to define the global parameters for your product descriptions, titles, and tags. These settings ensure that the AI understands your brand voice and follows your preferred formatting rules.
Accessing Content Settings
- Go to AI Product Tools > Settings.
- Click on the Content Settings tab.
Language and Writing Style
You can control the primary language and the "personality" of the generated text.
Language Selection
The plugin supports 40+ languages, including:
- English, Spanish, French, German, Turkish
- Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, and more.
Writing Style
Choose a style that matches your brand identity:
- Professional: Clear, formal, and business-like.
- Encouraging: Positive and persuasive.
- Friendly: Casual and approachable.
- Storytelling: Narrative and benefit-focused.
- Minimalist: Direct and concise.
- Luxurious and Elegant: Sophisticated and high-end.
- Adventurous: Energetic and exploratory.
- Educational: Informative and helpful.
- Humorous: Lighthearted and entertaining.
- Exaggerated: Bold and high-energy; review carefully for accuracy.
Start with the "Professional" or "Friendly" style if you are unsure. You can always regenerate content with a different style later.
Content Length Presets
You can set specific length targets for different types of content.
Full Description
- Short: Approximately 100 words.
- Medium: Approximately 250 words.
- Long: Approximately 500 words.
- Very Long: 800+ words for deep detail.
Short Description
- Brief: Approximately 20 words.
- Standard: Approximately 40 words.
- Detailed: Approximately 70 words.
"Medium" is the recommended starting point for most product types. Adjust based on how much detail your customers typically need.
Brand Context
The Brand Context field is a powerful tool to help the AI understand your business. Use this text area to describe:
- Who your target audience is.
- What makes your brand unique.
- Specific words or phrases you like to use (or avoid).
Set your brand context to get descriptions that sound like YOUR brand, not generic AI text.
Advanced Controls
HTML Output Control
For description workflows, you can allow or disallow specific HTML tags (like <b>, <ul>, <li>). This helps generated content fit your theme and prevents unwanted markup.
AI Model Selection
Choose which specific AI model to use for your generations. Models are grouped by provider (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.). Different models offer different balances of speed, cost, and quality.
Interface Options
- Tooltips / helper UI: Enable or disable helper text where available.
- Hide Product Metabox: Removes the AI Product Tools box from the individual product edit screen if you prefer a cleaner editor.
- Preserve Existing Images: When rewriting descriptions, keep existing
<img>tags and their positions where supported.
What's Next?
