AI Product Tools offers flexible plans to suit stores of all sizes. Whether you are just getting started or managing a large catalog, there is a plan designed for you.
Understanding Optimization Requests
Older screens and docs may refer to "credits." In current product wording, Advanced Description generation can use AI Smart Parameters / Optimization Requests depending on your plan. These are separate from the API tokens charged by OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or OpenRouter.
- What uses Optimization Requests: Advanced Description generation when AI Smart Parameters are used for higher-quality HTML output.
- What does NOT use Optimization Requests: Standard generation, single product tools, title/FAQ/SEO/taxonomy/image-alt workflows, Store Index, and chatbot conversations. These features can still use your AI provider API tokens.
If you primarily use the Standard Bulk Generator, single product tools, or specialized bulk tools, you do not need to worry about Optimization Requests. You should still monitor your AI provider token usage in the provider dashboard.

The Free Plan is perfect for small stores or those who want to test the plugin before upgrading.
- Advanced Generator Allowance: Starter allowance for testing Advanced generation.
- Features: Standard bulk workflows, product metabox, main generator pages, basic prompt tools, Store Index, AI Shop Assistant, and access to all supported providers.
- Best For: Stores that want to test the plugin or primarily use standard generation and review workflows.
- Support: Community support via WordPress forums and documentation.
2. Pro Plan
The Pro Plan is our most popular option, designed for growing stores that need automation and advanced features.

- Advanced Optimization Requests: Higher monthly allowance than the Free plan.
- Features: Everything in the Free plan, plus advanced prompt tools, community/improved prompt features, example descriptions, and premium controls for supported generators, chatbot, automation, and Store Index.
- Best For: Growing stores that need regular updates, stronger review workflows, and more control.
- Support: Email support with a 24-48 hour response time during business days.
3. Business Plan
The Business Plan is built for large-scale operations and agencies managing massive product catalogs.
- Price: Confirm current pricing from AI Product Tools > Account.
- Advanced Optimization Requests: Unlimited allowance, subject to fair use.
- Features: Everything in Pro, plus higher-scale allowances, priority support, and agency/large-catalog friendly options where available.
- Best For: Stores with large catalogs or teams managing multiple WooCommerce sites.
- Support: Priority email support with faster response times.
Which Plan is Right for You?
- Choose Free if: You are just starting out, have a very small catalog, or only need basic text descriptions.
- Choose Pro if: You have a growing store, want to save hours every week with Automation Jobs, and care about SEO performance.
- Choose Business if: You manage thousands of products, run multiple stores, or need unlimited Advanced generation capacity.
Managing Your Allowance
You can track your Advanced Optimization Request allowance directly within your WordPress dashboard.
Checking Your Balance
Your current allowance is displayed in two locations:
- The Toolkit Dashboard: A widget on the main AI Product Tools page shows your remaining allowance and next reset date when available.
- Plugin Settings / Account: The settings or Account area also displays your plan details and allowance status.
What Happens When Allowance Runs Out?
If you use all your monthly Advanced Optimization Requests, Advanced Description generation that depends on AI Smart Parameters may pause until your allowance resets or your plan changes. Other tools can continue to work, as long as your selected AI provider API key has token quota and the feature is available on your plan.
Allowance reset timing depends on your active plan and billing cycle. Check the Account or Toolkit dashboard for the reset date shown on your site.
Upgrading, Downgrading, and Billing
We use the Freemius licensing system to handle all subscriptions and payments securely.
- To Upgrade: Navigate to AI Product Tools > Account in your dashboard. Select your desired plan and follow the checkout process.
- To Downgrade or Cancel: You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the Account page. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro/Business features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Billing History: You can view and download invoices from the Freemius member area, accessible from the Account page.
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
- Annual Billing: If annual billing is available, the Account page shows the current annual discount before checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I get a discount for annual billing?
If annual billing is available, the current discount is shown on the Account checkout screen.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We do not store your product data on our servers. Everything is handled within your WordPress installation.
Can I use the plugin on multiple sites?
The Free and Pro plans are for a single site. The Business plan offers multi-site licensing options.
What happens if my payment fails?
Freemius will retry the charge over the next few days. If it still fails, your account will revert to the Free plan until the issue is resolved.
Can I get a refund?
